A week ago, a fellow AM decided to join my new department as they felt like they weren’t appreciated by their past department in another institution (YT is a director, surprise surprise). Without hesitation, I gave him the position even though we had 10+ applications that were already reviewed. Ended up nearly doubling his past pay and put him in a position of leadership.
I bring up this example as someone in Reddit posted about how helping each other/being self sustainable results in sacrifice.
To that I say bullshit.
We have more than enough agency and power to keep our brothers and sister prosperous as given the example above, and trust me, this isn’t an isolated incident. Helping one another out results in increased financial and social gain.
I encourage all of you to actively help one another out. Peers must support peers and mentors must establish a stronghold for their mentees.
Nepotism fights nepostism and we have a lot of catching up to do.
@psylee123 I looked through some of them and it looked like they were legit WFs or WMs. They had a facebook page with hundreds of actual friends and family (with real pictures, not empty photos or cartoon pics or whatever) as well as photos of themselves and their families. Pretty sure at least some of them are real. But then again, that shouldn’t come as a huge shocker seeing how often whites like to gaslight anyways…
@psylee123 lol hell no. This forum is open source software. I had to get another guy to set it up. Phoenix Framework looks interesting though. That one looks worth learning. It’s built for scaling and reliability from the start so bigger projects remain maintainable and relatively easy to modify quickly.
@psylee123 I’ve been looking for the 4chan post again for the last couple of days and did manage to recover the links from my browsing history but turns out they removed the posts (or archived it after a while? not sure how 4chan works). I can ask the guy who showed me the links if he still has any screenshots though.
It’s as if they know that if we do, then all the Asians will know how badly we are short changed here in the states.
Exactly. Whites don’t want us to realize our self-worth because once we do, there would be no benefits for them whatsoever; fewer AW worshipping them and more horrendously obese WMs dying alone…something that should’ve happened by nature had white-worshipping AW didn’t exist. Also, since they wouldn’t be placed on such a high pedestal anymore, I would imagine that would wreck a lot of damage to their huge but fragile ego.
@psylee123 I am excited about the potential of mass automation but also very worried. Asians are drawn to accounting, finance, and other categories that will be very affected by automation tech. I think Asians in East Asia as a group will benefit from the drive towards automation thanks to their culture and government. I am worried about the fate of South East and South Asians because the advantage of cheap labor is drawing to an end. China “lucked out” in a sense by being the last major power to industrialize in such a manner. What worries me about the Asians in the West is that this culture is far more winner takes all and I see more destruction [people losing their livelihoods with no recourse] than creation [new jobs, distributing the wealth] during the transition period. We already saw this with the occupy wall street movement, which is a reaction to decades of siphoning the wealth of the middle class to enrich the top 1%.
